Anxiety and Depression are two of the most common mental health issues in our society today.  This seminar will educate you on how to harness the power of neuroplasticity (your brain's ability to change and form new neural pathways) to change negative thinking and feeling patterns and replace them with healthier patterns that can become your default functioning.  You will review the DSM V Diagnoses and symptoms associated with anxiety and depression as well as practical tips and strategies to manage and heal from these mental health concerns.  Mental Health Professionals will learn how to use this information to help their clients in their journey of healing.
